• A Regional Development Manager and Account Management support, through our field and office-based relationship management teams
• A dedicated Conveyancing Team, and direct points of contact to keep you up-to-date with case developments on a regular basis, via phone, email, letter or fax.
• Access to Introducer eWay, our bespoke online case management service; providing you with greater control and visibility over the sales progression of your cases.
• Online quotation/instruction tool – simple and easy to use, you can do instant quotes and track the progress of your client’s cases.
• My Reward – our points based, recognition scheme rewards our introducers for promoting our services to their clients. You can exchange your points for vouchers, days out or holidays abroad.
• Enhanced Training – through face-to-face-meetings and online training we give our introducers all of the information they need to effectively promote conveyancing to their clients and increase conversion.
• Marketing Support – to help promote your service, we can provide you with an online quote system as well as marketing materials to help you sell conveyancing.
• Satisfaction monitoring – we aim to conduct customer satisfaction surveys with all of our clients and provide management information and satisfaction results to all of our introducers.
• Management Information – provided to all introducers to help manage their service.
• Quote follow-up – we offer an optional service whereby our experienced quotes team can follow-up on quotes for you, helping to increase conversion.

Subject to qualifying criteria we can also provide you with:

• No Sale, No Legal Fee – if a sale falls through completely, through no fault of your client’s, we won’t charge them any legal costs.*

*This guarantee means that we will only charge you our legal fee if you move. If, for any reason, your sale or purchase falls through, we will not charge you anything for our time with the exception of the File Opening Fee which is payable once a sale or purchase has been agreed (subject to contract). If we have paid out any additional costs on your behalf, we will still need the payment for these. Any upfront payments are not refundable but will be credited against costs incurred.
