The Academy is an accredited college for the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

Through the Academy:

• All employees can take advantage of our in-house Virtual Academy which houses thousands of training modules on a variety of subjects. Our Virtual Academy recently won an award for the ‘Best Advance in Compliance Training’.
• For our conveyancing roles, all trainees will complete a six-week training programme before they join a team, including modules on client care. Experienced conveyancers are also encouraged to undertake additional courses and training on a regular basis to ensure that they remain fully up-to-date with industry standards and are able to progress their career.
• Those who are looking for progression into management positions can access a full range of development programmes, endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and are designed to ensure we have inspirational leaders supporting their teams to be the best they can be.
