Every referral partner for My Home Move will have access to a new dedicated online case-management service, which will enable them to manage and control their pipeline and conveyancing income, as well to track the sales progression of their clients’ cases with us.
Our customers will be able to access real-time updates, to enable them to be more proactive in moving cases forwards. The new service will still enable our partners to follow-up client quotes, upload client documentation, as well as upload all of their invoices and access outstanding tasks from any device, at any time.
